LOOKING FOR LINCOLN WAYSIDE EXHIBIT COMMEMORITAVE PHOTOGRAPHS FOR SALE!

On August 21st, 2009 the Ottawa Visitors Center unveiled Ottawa's 4th Looking for Lincoln Wayside Exhibit on the grounds of the LaSalle County Courthouse, downtown Ottawa, Illinois, to commemorate President Abraham Lincoln's connection to Ottawa through his law career. Presiding over the ceremony was Julie Johnson, Executive Director for the Ottawa Visitors Center, also in attendance for the event was: Six robed judges including Third District Appellate Court Justice Robert L. Carter, who spoke for several minutes in tribute to Lincoln, Ottawa's Mayor Robert Eschbach and the citizens of Ottawa.

The Ottawa Visitors Center had the event photographed by local photographer Robert Kuhn for posterity. These photos are now available for purchase from Robert Kuhn Studios, 303 E. McKinley Rd Ottawa. 8X10 prints cost $25.00 each + tax or for $99.00 + tax you will get the print of your choice matted and framed. Samples of these photos can be seen at Robert Kuhn Studios and at the Ottawa Visitors Center, 100 W. Lafayette St Ottawa. They can be ordered directly through Robert Kuhn Studios, order forms are also available at the Ottawa Visitors Center.
